Bishop’s Stortford Vineyard Church
We are part of the Vineyard movement – an association of churches that has churches throughout the world. We want to be a community who help people discover the life changing power of God’s love and mercy, and to make passionate followers of Jesus.
We get together on a Sunday to do three things:
- Worship God in a contemporary setting and style
- Listen to God’s word and learn to apply what we hear to our lives in a meaningful way
- Pray for and encourage each other in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our vision is to be a community that lives out the message of Jesus and the Bible in a way that we come to experience the love of God. We want to make Jesus known to those we encounter and equip them to follow Him. In short, we long for real life, real community and real mission!
Join us on Sunday mornings for a time of worship, teaching and ministry. Tea and coffee is served from 10am and the service starts at 10.30 a.m. We meet in the Ferguson Lecture Theatre at Bishop’s Stortford College. Parking is available on the school grounds. There is a crèche available for little ones and children’s church that runs at the same time as the service.
